Home Tour in Antelope, CA

We spent the weekend with Noelle, Andy, Collin and Megan in Antelope. Because I promised a certain aunt a tour of their home, our weekend will be posted in two parts.

Here it is! It's been a long a road to get everything inside back in order after the flooding and gutting of last summer, but they've been working hard and it looks great. This is coming in the front door. To the immediate right is the downstairs bathroom. Andy is standing at the foot of the stairs, by the entrance to the living room and the door to the garage. Downstairs bathroom
Living room
Note: Noelle was not happy I took a picture with the blankets stuffed in the cubby on the mantle, but since Collin generously slept in the living room so that we could have his bed, I hope you'll excuse it! You can see the light on the far left from the sliding doors to the sunroom.
Turning to the left, the dining area and doors to the sunroom
Keep turning left and make the full downstairs circle into the kitchen (the doorway at the back leads back to the front door/entry).
I love the shelves over the sink with the pretty glass!
Looking in from the sunroom (the fooseball table got shoved to the side to make room for more birthday party seating)
Little side yard with grill
They are sprouting all sorts of happy seedlings!
Back in the house now, this is looking upstairs. Due to the light you can't really see the cool, fun cat tree set-up they have on the landing--very neat!
At the top of the stairs, it opens up into a "loftice" area with multiple work stations and computers; here is Collin on his computer in the corner.
Collin's room (hard to get the whole thing in); notice the WWII decor
Megan's room (excuse the bedding on the futon--I snuck in and took a picture before the bed was un-made)
Upstairs bathroom
Noelle & Andy's room--the last bastion of undecorated walls :-)
The master bath and walk-in closet are to the left.
And that's the tour!
Happy couple :-)

Thanks for the tour! When thinking of those we love, it's nice to have a picture in my mind of where they live. Nice house, I'd say. I'll bet they are happy to have things back to normal! Love you, Dear! km
